These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sea Farmer Foundation website and participation in our programs. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Foundation

The Sea Farmer Foundation is a nonprofit organization registered in Jamaica, dedicated to restoring marine ecosystems through sustainable aquaculture and community empowerment. All proceeds from our activities are reinvested into our conservation mission.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
Coral adoption and reef guardian programs represent contributions to our conservation efforts. While we make every effort to maintain and grow adopted corals, natural events may affect specific coral specimens.
Tax-deductible receipts will be provided where applicable under Jamaican law.
Donation tiers and associated benefits may change. Existing donors retain benefits promised at their time of donation.

3. Volunteer Programs

Volunteers participate at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver before engaging in field activities.
The Foundation provides necessary safety equipment and training for all field activities.
Volunteers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from Foundation staff.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline or revoke volunteer participation for safety or conduct reasons.

4. Products & Shop

Products sold through our shop (sea moss, oysters, honey) are subject to availability.
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Fresh products (oysters) are available for local delivery only as specified.
100% of profits from product sales are reinvested into reef restoration.

5. Content Licensing

Educational content published by the Sea Farmer Foundation, including articles, research summaries, and impact reports, is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY 4.0) unless otherwise noted. You are free to share and adapt this content with proper attribution.

Logos, branding, and proprietary imagery remain the exclusive property of the Sea Farmer Foundation and may not be used without written permission.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You may not interfere with the website's functionality or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes.
